June 19
AUO
Michelle L. Breedon, 24, Saunders Square, Niagara Falls, was arrested June 19 on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation. She was held for court.
June 20
DWI
James R. Buzard, 47, Sixth Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested June 20 for DWI, aggravated DWI and passing a red light.
Buzard passed through a red light at the intersection Main and Wheeler. He was pulled over by patrol and stated he had only consumed two beers. BAC was .19.
June 21
Multiple Charges
Robert E. Dendy, 63, Hillcrest Road, Tonawanda, was arrested June 21 for unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal solicitation in the fifth degree, endangering the welfare of a child and selling tobacco to a minor.
Dendy solicited juveniles to shoplift for him, and in exchange he gave them in cigarettes.
He was held on $1,000 bail.
Warrant Surrender
Abreana K. Albon, 19, Falconer Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. She was held for court.
June 22
Possession
Michael H. Walker, 52, Young Street, Tonawanda, was arrested June 22 for unlawful possession of marijuana.
After responding to a first aid call at a residence, because it was reported that Walker “wasn’t acting normal,” patrol discovered Walker had marijuana in his pocket.
Warrant Surrender
Darnelle Burns, 19, Oneida Street, Buffalo, surrendered June 22 on a warrant for criminal impersonation. He was held for court.

Dis-Con
George B. Bishop, 55, Fletcher Street, Tonawanda, was arrested June 23 for disorderly conduct.
Bishop was observed urinated on a fire hydrant in front of a residence on Fletcher Street. He was held for court.
DWI
Sarah C. Mulhern, 32, Avery Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested June 23 for DWI, imprudent speed, failure to turn and refusal to take breath test.
Mulhern crashed into a fence at the intersection of Gibson and Dodge in Tonawanda. She told la enforcement she was drinking “vodka drinks” at a bar in North Tonawanda.
Mulhern failed her field tests and refised to take the data master test. She was held for court.

Stephen M. Molfesi, 28, University Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested June 24 on a bench warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.
DWI
Chaz C. Hines, 28, Kenmore Avenue, Kenmore, was arrested June 24 for DWI, DWI with a BAC of more than .08, unsafe backing and leaving the scene of an injury accident.
Hines was leaving a party at a residence on Dexter Street and was told by his friends he was too drunk to drive.
He refused to listen and chose to drive while drunk. Upon leaving the driveway, he ran over a females foot. Patrol caught up with Hines shortly after.
BAC was .17. He was held for court.

Valerie A. Burgess, 53, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested June 24 for harassment in the second degree.
Harassment
Michael D. Rados, 58, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested June 24 for harassment in the second degree.
Mischief
Bryan R. Graff, 52, Niagara Falls Boulevard, Wheatfield, was arrested June 24 for criminal mischief in the third degree and harassment in the second degree. Bail was set at $500.

Christopher J. Clark, 28, North Jesella Drive, North Tonawanda, was arrested June 24 for aggravated unlicensed operation. Bail was set at $400.

David C. Trendell, 21, was arrested June 17 for operating a motor vehicle as an unlicensed driver, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, equipment violation - no/insufficient tail lamps.

Scott R. Jeannott, 38, was arrested June 17 for criminal obstruction of breathing - apply pressure and assault third degree - with intent to cause physical injury.

Emily A. Brautman, 22, was arrested by KPD June 19 for driving while intoxicated - first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more, driving to left of pavement markings and speeding.

Paul Tronolone, 19, was arrested June 20 for harassment in the second degree - physical contact.

Patrick Haggerty, 49, was arrested June 20 for harassment in the second degree - physical contact, assault in the second degree - with intent to cause physical injury and acting in a manner of causing injury to a child less than 17 years old.
Dog at large
Regina Lettieri, 44, was arrested by KPD June 20 for a dog running at large around Kenmore.
