Drug bust in Village of Hamburg

Members of the Village of Hamburg Police, along with the towns of Hamburg and West Seneca Narcotics Units, recently executed a search warrant at a 236 George St. home in the Village of Hamburg.

Found inside the house was marijuana (valued at $3,000), suspected hash, grinders, scales and other paraphernalia.

Jarrett R. Waterfield, 19, of the Village of Hamburg was charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Darlene M. Waterfield, 54, of the Village of Hamburg was charged with second-degree criminal nuisance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
