September 10

False Personation

Margaret A. Brody, 48, Gramson Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Monday, Sept. 10 for false personation and aggravated unlicensed operation (AUO) in the second and third degree. Brody was stopped for speeding on Seymour Street. She gave the officer a fictitious name.

After the officer suspected she was not telling the truth, Brody admitted her real name and said she lied because she knew her license was revoked and she should not have been driving. Bail was set at $250.

September 11

Possession of a weapon

Alan E. Bilbee, 32, Longs Avenue, Tonawanda, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 11, on a warrant for criminal possession of a weapon and menacing in the second degree.

Larceny

Samuel J. McFarland, 24, Morgan Street, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday, Sept. 11, for larceny. He was held for court.

Harassment

John M. Ferenc, 83, Broad Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 11, for harassment in the second degree and menacing in the third degree. Ferenc was involved in an altercation with a female at a house on Broad Street, Tonawanda. He was held for court.

Suspended Registration

Anne E. Wacker, 27, Fletcher Street, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for suspended registration Tuesday, Sept. 11. She was held for court.

Violation

Lynn P. Flint, 52, Shawnee Road, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant Thursday, Sept. 13 for a housing violation.

September 14

DWI

Alissa Server, 30, Fairlane Drive, Clarence, surrendered on a warrant Friday, Sept. 14 for DWI. She was held for court.

Conservation

Laws violation

Darnell A. Beal, 28, Springfield Drive, Cheektowaga, surrendered on a warrant Friday, Sept. 14 for conservation laws. All fines were paid.

September 16

Petit larceny

John J. Failing, 49, Fletcher Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 16, for petit larceny. Failing shoplifted a bottle of ALEVE pain killer medicine from the Dollar General Store on Niagara Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI

Christopher M. Sherk, 28, Paradise Lane, Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 16, for a DWI felony, driving with a BAC of more than .08, driving with no inspection and driving without break lights.

Sherk received a previous DWI conviction in 2005. He was pulled over on Youngs Street for driving without break lights. When patrol questioned Sherk, he told the officer he “had one beer about six hours ago.” He failed his field tests and his BAC was .17.

Richard W. King, 54, Homeless, was arrested Friday, Sept. 14, for petit larceny.

September 16

Possession

Phillip J. Darrall, 27, Moll Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 16, for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

September 17

DWI

Laurie J. Symes, 48, Roncroff Drive, North Tonawanda, was arrested Monday, Sept. 17, for DWI and failure to keep right. Bail was set at $250.

September 10

Harassment

Shawna M. Ware, 30, was arrested by the Kenmore Police Department Monday, Sept. 10, for harassment in the second degree - physical contact.

September 11

Larceny

Cody Galante, 19, was arrested for petit larceny, burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.

Larceny

Jason R. Graham, 18, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 11, for petit larceny and burglary - illegal entry with criminal intent.

September 14

Possession

Victor M. Shores, 49, was arrested by KPD Friday, Sept. 14, for criminal possession of a weapon - with intent to use and assault in the second degree.

Dis-Con

Dawn D. Daugherty, 53, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

September 15

Possession

Cody Galante, 19, was arrested Saturday, Sept. 15 for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

Menacing

Joseph C. Wagner, 36, was arrested by KPD Friday, Sept. 15 for menacing in the second degree - weapon and assault in the third degree - with intent to cause physical injury.
