DWI
Rashawn, Knox, 27, of Cedar Road, Cheektowaga was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, the officer noticed a vehicle without a front license plate, and very dark, tinted windows. After pulling the offender over, the officer also noticed several signs of intoxication. The offender performed sobriety tests, which he failed. The vehicle also contained an open glass bottle of Seagram’s Extra Dry Gin. Offender was transported to police headquarters for processing. Offender refused the chemical test, and was held to see the judge.

DWI
Daniel Jankowiak, 24, of North Star Road, East Aurora, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for traveling at a high rate speed. When the officer ran the driver’s license of offender, it was suspended for failure to pay driver’s assessment courses and also for driving while intoxicated. The officer asked offender if he had been drinking, and he stated he had two beers at his friend’s house but that he was not intoxicated. Offender was asked to perform several sobriety tests, which he did not pass. He also refused an alcohol sensor test. He was booked and held for court in the morning.
Criminal possession of a controlled substance
Jonathan Schultz, 23, of West Ferry Street, Buffalo was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, as the offender spoke to the officer, he had slurred speech and glassy eyes, and there was an odor of alcoholic beverage. Offender stated that he was trying to get home and he was lost. He was coming from the strip club, Tally Ho’s on Genesee and was at the cigar bar in Buffalo prior. Offender performed several sobriety tests, which he failed. He was booked and given bail of $100. He was unable to make bail and held to see the judge.
Unlawful possession of marijuana
Victoria Valderrama, 20, of Randolph Avenue, Cheektowaga and Nicholas Buster, 23, of Sattler Avenue, Buffalo were arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to a police report, upon approaching the vehicle, the officer noticed smoke, with the odor of burning marijuana, coming out of the windows and doors. The two offenders, and a juvenile were all inside the vehicle. The officer found a marijuana baggie in plain view on the center console and also a partially burnt marijuana cigarette on the floor. Officers took offenders into custody and released them on an appearance ticket.

Unlawful possession of marijuana
Nichola Duplessis, 19, of Crossman Avenue, Buffalo was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to a police report, the offender was first pulled over for a passenger side tail light out. When the officer approached the vehicle, there was also a cracked windshield. When talking to offender, the officer could see a Black Smith and Wesson handle sticking up, next to the drivers seat. The handle, turned out to be a knife. The officer also found a baggie of marijuana sitting next to the knife. Offender was transported for booking and released on an appearance ticket.
Criminal possession of a controlled substance
Pawel Gollnau, 28, of Hubbell Street, Buffalo was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, the offender was operating a vehicle without a license. The offender stated that he had drugs in his right front pocket of his jeans. He was placed into custody and held on $100 bail.

Criminal possession of a controlled substance
Stephanie Tisdale, 21, of French Road, Cheektowaga was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, when the officer spoke to offender, she was concealing something in the front of her pants. When asked what she had in her pants, offender stated that it was her prescribed methadone. The offender had an unlabeled plastic prescription bottle containing liquid methadone. The offender was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.

Criminal possession of a controlled substance
Jill Rizzitello, 38, of Foxberry Drive, Amherst was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, the offender appeared to be heavily intoxicated and kept screaming obscenities outside in public. Offender was advised multiple times to quiet down and to stop cursing or she would be arrested. The offender kept on cursing and was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Cocaine was also found in offender’s purse.

Nathan Murray, 31, of Reo Avenue, Cheektowaga was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, the offender would not move his car from the drive thru and kept complaining about the menu. When police arrived, the offender was belligerent with an odor of alcoholic beverage. Offender admitted to having consumed a couple of drinks. The offender was asked to perform several sobriety tests, which he failed. He refused to take a breath test, and was booked and held to see the judge.
Driving with a .18 percent BAC
Charles Fiorellow, 31, of Ogden Street, Buffalo and Curtis Whitehill, 36, of Ogden Street, Buffalo were arrested for driving with a .18 percent BAC and unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to a police report, the officer stopped for a vehicle needing mechanical help. Fiorellow had difficulty explaining what was causing the vehicle smoke, and he seemed confused as he recounted the night’s events. He also had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and was slurring his speech, while having bloodshot glassy eyes. Fiorellow was found to be the owner and operator of the vehicle. Whitehill was caught with marijuana in his pants pocket and the two offenders were taken to police headquarters. Both offenders were uncooperative and belligerent during transport, and the incident was captured on the car camera system.
