- June 1, Patrol investigated a disturbance at Springville Elementary School.

- June 1, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a warrant arrest on West Main Street.

- June 2, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with the investigation of a group of young people at Burger King.

- June 2, Patrol investigated a suspicious incident on Maple Avenue.

- June 2, Patrol investigated a report of a fight on West Main Street.

- June 5, Patrol assisted the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance on Church Street.

- June 8, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a neighbor dispute on Colonial Drive.

- June 8, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a disturbance on South Cascade Drive.

- June 8, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a shoplifting arrest at Wal-Mart.

- June 8, Patrol arrested Megan Miller of Delevan for forgery, possession of a forged instrument and other misdemeanors. The arrest took place on West Main Street.

- June 9, Patrol arrested Kareem Laporte of Buffalo for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Route 39 for not having headlights on and speeding.

- June 9, Patrol and Erie County Sheriff’s deputies investigated report of a disturbance at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital.

- May 27, 2:59 p.m., East Concord and Springville (mutual aid) responded to a motor vehicle accident at Route 240 and Genesee Road. Rural Metro Ambulance transported two patients to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital. East Concord firefighters also transported two patients to BCH.

- May 27, 6:34 p.m., Chaffee-Sardinia firefighters responded to a first aid call on Route 39.

- May 29, 11:15 p.m., Chaffee-Sardinia firefighters responded to a first aid call on Allen Road. Transported to Buffalo General Hospital with a Rural Metro Ambulance medic on board.

- May 28, 1:16 a.m., Chaffee-Sardinia firefighters assisted Rural Metro Ambulance with a first aid call in Buffalo.

- May 28, 6:25 a.m., Chaffee-Sardinia firefighters responded to a first aid call on Warner Gulf Road. Transported to BCH with a Rural Metro medic on board.

- May 28, 8:30 – 9:45 a.m., All fire companies under Springville control marched in Memorial Day parades.

- May 28, 11:32 a.m., East Concord firefighters responded to a first aid call at Sprague Brook Park.

- May 29, 12:02 p.m., Chaffee-Sardinia firefighters responded to a mutual aid request from Holland for a car versus truck accident on Olean Road.

- May 30, 11:02 a.m., East Concord firefighters responded to a first aid call on Morse Road. Rural Metro Ambulance transported to Veterans Administration Hospital in Buffalo.

- June 1, 12:12 a.m., Springville firefighters responded to a first aid call on West Main Street. Transported to BCH.

- June 1, 9:17 p.m., Springville firefighters responded to a first aid call on Franklin Street. Transported to BCH.

- June 2, 1:44 p.m., East Concord firefighters responded to a first aid call on Morse Road. Transported to VA Hospital in Buffalo.
