Michael S. Empson, 25, Youngstown/Lockport Road, Youngstown, was arrested for petit larceny Oct. 20. Bail was set at $500.

Harassment
Kenneth I. Fink, 54, Crosby Avenue, Kenmore, was turned over to the City of Tonawanda Police Department on a warrant for harassment, from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department, on Oct. 15,
Forgery
Robert C. Jakubec, 27, East Robinson Road, Amherst, was arrested on a bench warrant for forgery in the third degree. He was held for court.
Violation
Michael L. Goodwin, 21, Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, was picked up on a bench warrant for a city ordinance Oct. 15. The ordinance was pertaining to an animal violation.
Housing violation
Mark C. Flint, 49, Redbud Drive, Dansville, surrendered on a warrant for a housing violation Oct, 15. He was released on $100 bail.
October 16
Warrant surrender
Corey J. King, 26, Morgan Street, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for harassment in the second degree on Tuesday, Oct. 16. He was held for court.
Criminal Trespass
Francine J. Capozzi, 52, Manerva Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Oct. 16 on a warrant for criminal trespass, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. The warrant was issued after an incident that occurred on Sept. 29.
October 18
Falsely reporting
Conrad N. Reichter, 22, Fletcher Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Oct. 18 for falsely reporting an incident when he called police to report his motorcycle stolen. It was later determined that the motorcycle was not actually stolen and Reichter wanted to claim it stolen to his insurance company due to financial reasons. Reichter admitted that he had a friend pick up the bike and move it while he was not home, and that he knew the whereabouts of the motorcycle the whole time.
October 19
Possession
Evan A. Roorand, 21, Potomac Avenue, Buffalo and Justin J. Taramosco, 26, Potomac Avenue, Buffalo, were stopped for making an improper turn Oct. 19. During the traffic stop patrol found the duo smoking marijuana and a container of marijuana in the vehicle. Both were charged with possession of marijuana and Roorand, the driver, was additionally charged with making an improper turn.
October 21
Discharging a firearm
John D. Kolnacki, 47, Broad Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Oct. 21 for criminal mischief, reckless endangerment in the second degree, and discharging a firearm within city limits.
Kolnacki trapped a skunk in his backyard and shot at the skunk five times. Three of the rounds he fired off, missed the skunk and hit the house behind Kolnaki’s yard. He used a pellet gun to shoot the skunk. When he was questioned, he admitted to discharging the gun and stated he had no idea that a few rounds had hit the other house. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Possession
Candy A. White, 32, Lisbon Avenue, Buffalo, was pulled over for driving 50 mph in a 30 mph zone on Oct. 21. During a vehicle search, it was determined that her registration was expired and a metal grinder with marijuana in it was found in her car. After she was taken to the station for booking, patrol found three small bags in her purse with approximately one-quarter ounce of marijuana in each of them, as well as, $1,205 of rolled up cash. White claimed to be unaware of why the cash was in her purse. She was charged with possession of marijuana, issued a speeding ticket and held on $250 bail.

Susan M. Kohler, 44, William Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Oct. 21 for petit larceny/shoplifting after she attempted to steal a Four Loco beverage. She was held on $250 bail.
DWI
Stephen G. Boulden, 21, Creekview Drive, Lockport, was arrested Oct, 21 for DWI, aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, driving across the sidewalk, criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon.
Boulden drove his 1999 Dodge Pick-up across four lawns on Maldiner Street, Tonawanda, smashed into a vinyl fence and then hit a power poll at Francis and Maldiner Streets. He then traveled down Linwood Drive and attempted to pull into the driveway at 83 Linwood and struck the house at 87 Linwood. Patrol discovered a container of marijuana and a double edged dagger in Boulden’s vehicle. His BAC was .21 and he was held for court.

John J. Prell, 29, Woodland Avenue, Town of Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for larceny Oct. 22.
