Brandon J. Goergen, 18, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Oct. 4 for a violation of probation. Bail was set at $250.

Phillip Bayley, 36, Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Falls, was arrested Oct. 4 for a city ordinance violation. Bail was set at $100.

Jason L. Hill, 31, Windspear Avenue, Buffalo, turned himself in on a warrant for criminal contempt in the second degree on Oct. 5.

Jose L. Madera, 44, Prospect Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Oct. 6 for harassment in the second degree.
DWI
Anna C. Bongiovanni, 29, Follette Lane, Tonawanda, was arrested Oct. 6 for DWI, driving while ability impaired by drugs and failure to use designated lane. BAC was .05, Bongiovanni was taken for a blood test.

Multiple Charges
Matthew W. Rowland, 38, Clinger Avenue, Tonawanda, was arrested twice on Oct. 4 for multiple infractions.
At 10:06 a.m. Rowland was arrested during a domestic incident that involved his family members. He broke a door and was threatening to hit family members with a guitar.
He was charged with criminal mischief, menacing in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child ad harassment.
He was then taken to the station at approximately 10:20 a.m. for booking and got into an altercation with police officers.
Rowland attempted to poke a detective in the eye and was kicking and scratching another officer on duty.
He was additionally charged with attempting to assault a police officer and obstruction of governmental administration.

Juventino Castro, Jr., 23, North Street, Buffalo, was arrested on a bench warrant for a DWI Oct. 4.
