TONAWANDAS - April 11
Criminal Contempt
Michael R. Cuedek, 38, Wheatfield Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Wednesday for criminal contempt and harassment in the second degree. Cuedek was found at his ex-girlfriends house and in violation of an order of protection. He also made a handful of harassing phone calls to his ex-girlfriend. Cuedek was held for court.
Criminal Contempt
Andrew J. Douds, 42, Heim Road, Williamsville, was arrested Wednesday for criminal contempt. Douds was in violation of an order of protection against a female. He was held for court.
April 12
Larceny
Benjamin J. Walker, 34, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Thursday for petit larceny, possession of marijuana, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Walker was caught shoplifting from Tops. When law enforcement searched him, they found marijuana and miscellaneous pills on him. Walker was released on an appearance ticket.
Criminal Contempt
Thomas D. Miskell, 51, Grove Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Thursday for criminal contempt. Miskell was in contact with a female, who there was an order of protection placed against. He was held for court.
April 13
Warrant Surrender
Jacob D. Borgenicht, 28, Lindale Avenue, Tonawanda, surrendered Friday on a warrant for menacing in the third degree, harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child. The warrant was issued after an incident that occurred on April 2. He was held on $1,000 bail.
April 14
Criminal Contempt
Jimmy Ochoa, 27, Peoria Street, Buffalo, was arrested April 14 for criminal contempt. Ochoa was found in a vehicle parked on Little League Drive, Tonawanda. A woman, who he was not supposed to be in contact with due to a retraining order, was in the vehicle with him. He was held for court.
Warrant Arrest
Melissa A. Dobiesz, 22, Custer Street, Buffalo, was picked up on a warrant Saturday for grand larceny. She was turned over to the City of Tonawanda Police from the Lancaster Police Department. Dobiesz was held for court.
April 15
Burglary Charge
Shauna M. Threthewey, 30, Washington Street, Kenmore, was arrested April 15 for burglary in the second degree and criminal mischief in the second degree. Trethewey broke into her ex-boyfriends home and vandalized it. She was held for court.
DWI
James R. Sahr, 40, Sharon Drive, Tonawanda, was arrested April 15 for leaving the scene of an accident, DWI and aggravated DWI. Sahr stroke a pole at Main Street and Delton Street and then fled the scene.
BAC was .18. He was held for court.
Harassment
Melanie D. Reister, 39, Greenbrier Lane, North Tonawanda, was arrested April 15 for harassment in the second degree.
She was held for court.
AUO
Brian M. Delgross, 24, Remington Drive, North Tonawanda, was arrested April 15 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Bail was set at $250.
Larceny
Kevin P. Fuller, 34, Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested April 15 for grand larceny and petit larceny.
Bail was set at $500.
Dis-Con
Daniel J. O’Keefe, 18, 16th Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested April 15 for disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $100.
AUO
Ahmed Y. Moustafa, 29, Annie Oakley Drive, Las Vegas, was arrested April 15 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and speeding.
Governmental Obstruction
Robert J. Hammer, 25, Jack Road, Williamsville, was arrested April 15 for obstruction of governmental administration.
Bail was set at $500.
