Leaving the scene
Lesley Guarino, 38, was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 26 for unsafe backing of a vehicle, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident - first offense.

Harassment
Andrew Costantino, 28, was arrested by KPD Thursday, Dec. 27 for harassment in the second degree - physical contact.

Anthony J. Szymanski, 27, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, and passing through a red light.

Mansour E. Mazraany, 19, was arrested by KPD Saturday, Dec. 29 for obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree.

Christopher J. Seefeldt, 28, was arrested Saturday, Dec. 29 for driving while intoxicated - first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of more than .08 - first offense, and passing a red light.

Kurt P. Nagel, was arrested Sunday, Dec. 30 for concealing/destroying physical evidence, assault with intent to injure while using a weapon, and criminal possession of a weapon - intent to use.

James B. Roseboro, 31, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 3 for burglary in the second degree - illegal entry, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

Shantel L. Wideman, 28, was arrested Friday, Jan. 4 for driving while intoxicated - first offense, speeding, and aggravated DWI - BAC of more than .18.

Harassment
Jonathan Miles was arrested Jan. 3 for harassment in the second degree - physical contact, and acting in a manor that causes injury to a child less than 17.
His neighbor asked him to move his vehicle out of the way so that she could move her vehicle out of the driveway to drive her juvenile son to school.
After being asked to move the vehicle, Miles became irate and slapped the phone out of his female neighbors hand. He allegedly then continued to shove her toward the top of the stairwell.
Miles stated to law enforcement that he lost his temper, however he denied slapping the phone out of her hand and shoving her.
January 4
Mischief
Robert J. Miller was arrested Jan. 4 for criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Miller alledgedly urinated on a vehicle in the Slick Willies parking lot. Additionally he alledgedly keyed the vehicle.
Miller admitted to urinating on the vehicle, but denied causing damage to the car.
DWI
Carlo W. Grant was arrested Jan. 5 for DWI - first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of more than .08, equipment violation - no tail lamps, and no stop lamps.
Grant’s 2003 Gray Chevy Malibu was observed at the corner of Delaware Avenue and Sheridan Drive, with no brake lights or tail lights.
When law enforcement pulled him over he was slurring his speech, and he failed his field tests. BAC was .14.

Shane P. Ryan was arrested in the Town of Tonawanda Jan. 5 for DWI, operating a vehicle with a BAC of more than .08, and passing through a red light.
Ryan admitted to law enforcement that he consumed two beers and a mixed drink. His BAC was .14.
January 7
DWI
Matthew D. Nelson was arrested Jan. 7 for driving while intoxicated - first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more, and failure to use designated lane. Nelson’s BAC was .17.

Shawn T. Bender, 22, Follette Lane, Tonawanda, was arrested Jan. 1 for DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 or more, and driving left of pavement.
BAC was .16, he was held for court.
January 3
Warrant Surrender
Robert E. Coler, 38, Colvin Boulevard, Buffalo, surrendered on a warrant for two housing violations on Jan. 3. Coler was held for court.
Suspended Registration
Sean C. Payne, 42, Orchard Parkway, Niagara Falls, was arrested Jan. 3 for suspended registration, speeding and possession of a loaded firearm in his vehicle.
Payne was carrying a loaded shotgun in his vehicle, it was found during a traffic stop.

Michele R. Macielag, 52, Coshway Place, Tonawanda, was arrested Jan. 4 for petit larceny. She was observed shoplifting from the Tops on Niagara Street, Tonawanda. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Jason B. Bronschidle, 33, Second Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested Jan. 6 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and possession of marijuana.
There was a small quantity of marijuana found his vehicle during a traffic stop. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Aaron J. Jenneve, 24, Gibson Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Jan. 7 for DWI, aggravated DWI, and speeding. BAC was .18. He was held for court.

Grand Larceny
Derek J. Schlifke, 25, Warren Avenue, Tonawanda, was arrested on Jan. 8 on two counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Schlifke stole a credit card and used it to make a purchase. He was held for court.
