Dec. 17
Aggravated unlicensed operation
John Loncher, 47, of Long Avenue, Cheektowaga was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for having a suspended registration and an insurance lapse. A NYSDMV check revealed that the offender’s license was revoked for operating without insurance fraction, three suspensions for failure to pay a fine, and three suspensions for failure to answer a summons. During an inventory of the vehicle, the officer found a marijuana roach containing marijuana. The offender was booked and released on an appearance ticket.
Dec. 18
Unlawful possession of marijuana
Travis Treadwell, 22, of Cornwall Avenue, Buffalo was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for having an extremely loud muffler. While speaking with the offender, the officer detected a strong odor of marijuana. The officer also observed marijuana shake and a stem along the driver’s side floorboard and marijuana seeds on the passenger side floor. The offender also had marijuana in his left pants pocket. The offender was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for booking.
Petit larceny
Brianna McCleod, 25, of Gardenvillage Drive, Cheektowaga was arrested for petit larceny.
According to a police report, officers responded to JC Penney’s in the Galleria Mall for a report of a female shoplifter in custody. An employee stated that the offender entered the changing room with merchandise under her arm and exited the room with the merchandise. The offender was stopped when entering the mall and was detained until officers arrived. She was transported to police headquarters and held on $100 bail.

Criminal possession of a controlled substance
Stephanie Cutler, 20, of Manchester Road, Amherst was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for having no plate lamp on her vehicle. As the officer approached the vehicle, there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from it. The officer then looked down and noticed marijuana in the driver’s side door handle. While searching the vehicle, the officer also found pills inside of a plastic bag inside of a pill bottle, outside of the original container. More marijuana was located in a change compartment on the dash and crack cocaine was located underneath the driver’s seat, on the floorboard. The offender was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.
Criminal tampering
Jeffrey Montemage, 52, of Chestnut Ridge Road, Orchard Park was arrested for criminal tampering.
According to a police report, security at Mademoiselle’s Nightclub was restraining a male who had entered the bouncer’s car. The bouncer noticed that his dome light was on and then found the offender seated in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. The bouncer then restrained the offender until police arrived. The offender appeared to be highly intoxicated, as the offender slurred words and smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage. He was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for booking.

Driving with .18 percent BAC
Jeffrey Karalus, 51, of Jerge Drive, Elma was arrested for driving with a .18 percent BAC.
According to a police report, the offender was found driving around Tully’s Restaurant, which was closed. The vehicle then turned abruptly into Mighty Taco. After approaching the offender, the officer noticed several signs of intoxicated. He was asked to perform several sobriety tests, which he failed. He was arrested and transported to police headquarters for booking.
DWI
Donte Archibald, 32, of Countess Street, Buffalo was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, the officer noticed the offender’s vehicle was stopped in the middle of the intersection of Maryvale Drive at Harlem Road. The offender was slumped at the wheel and the vehicle was in “drive” gear. The officers knocked on the passenger side windows several times but the offender was unresponsive. The officer forced open the doors and the offender was placed under arrest. A license check via dispatch came back that the offender had ID only, for his license was suspended for a total of six scoffs. The offender was arrested and transported to police headquarters for booking.

Petit larceny
Anthony McCutcheon, 46, of Olympic Avenue, Buffalo and Marquita Thomas, 29, of Bertha Place, Buffalo were arrested for petit larceny.
According to a police report, the offender took items from Hollister, and attempted to pass all points of purchase without paying. The offenders were apprehended by store security and the police were called. The offenders were arrested and transported to police headquarters for booking.

DWI
Maura Rossman, 21, of Scovell Drive, Lewiston was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for making a right hand turn without using a signal. While speaking with the offender, the officer noticed several signs of intoxicated. She was asked to perform several sobriety tests, which she failed. The offender was booked and released on a summons.
Petit larceny
Shawneaka Jones, 35, of Byrdway, Buffalo and Alexis Scrivens, 22, of Devon Street, Buffalo were arrested for petit larceny.
According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the Dollar General where the manager was chasing two shoplifters. The manager observed the offenders stuff larger purses full of property and run out of the store. The manager said the offenders took multiple items and their purses were stuffed with merchandise. The offenders were transported to police headquarters where they were booked.
Dec. 23
Criminal possession of a controlled substance
Teresa Wright, 24, of Chapel Road, Kenmore and Jeffrey Joseph, 25, of Mapleview Road, Cheektowaga were arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, as Wright opened the glove box of her vehicle, the officer observed a hypodermic syringe in plain view. While searching Joseph, the officer located another needle in the offenders front pants pocket. While searching the vehicle, the officer found crack cocaine stuffed into the side door panel and five more needles, two straws with cocaine residue and the wax envelops of heroin in the glove box. The officer then located a plastic bag containing burnt bottle caps with heroin residue and twelve more needles. The offenders were placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.

Timothy Murray, 54, of Elkhurst Drive, Cheektowaga was arrested for petit larceny.
According to a police report, an officer was dispatched to Sears for a report of a shoplifter in custody. The employee stated that he observed the offender select property, conceal the property in his left coat pocket and exit the store, passing all points of tender without making any attempt to pay. The employee then apprehended the offender and brought him back to the security office until police arrived. The officer placed the offender under arrest and transported him to police headquarters for booking.
