February 22

Contempt Charge

Heather M. Brown, 23, Broad St., Tonawanda, was arrested at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22 for criminal contempt, and violation of a restraining order.

She was held for court.

Assault

Richard D. Tracy, 27, Broad St., Tonawanda, was arrested at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22 for assault in the third degree.

Tracy was involved in a domestic altercation.

He allegedly smacked his girlfriend.

February 23

Larceny

Edward Siwy, 37, Scott St., Tonawanda, was arrested at 8 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23 for petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, and possession of a hypodermic needle.

Warrant Surrender

Ravyn A. Adams, 23, East Amherst St., Buffalo, surrendered on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb 23.

Possession Charge

Derek J. Schlifke, 24, Fletcher St., Tonawanda, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24 on three warrants for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

He was held for court.

February 24

Impersonation

Sara J. Stutzman, 21, Argonne Dr., Kenmore, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24 for criminal impersonation.

Stutzman gave her sister’s name to law enforcement in traffic court, because she was driving with a suspended permit and did not want to get into more trouble.

DWI

Allan R. Rosner, 56, Humphrey St., Buffalo, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24 for DWI, driving with a BAC of more than .08, and driving with a suspended license and without insurance.

BAC was .14.

He was held for court.

Warrant Surrender

Glenn R. Wienckowski Jr., 31, Morgan St., Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.

He was held for court.

Warrant Surrender

Steven M. Julius, 35, Wellington Road, Buffalo, surrendered on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24. All fines were paid.

February 25

Possession Charge

Enrique Pena, 30, Washington St., North Tonawanda, was arrested at 1 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 for possession of marijuana.

Law enforcement found marihuana in Pena’s vehicle during a traffic stop. He was released.

Dis-Con

Brandon G. Starkweather, 20, Sixth Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 for disorderly conduct.

Starkweather alledgedly punched someone at the Tonawanda Bowling Center on Youngs Street.

Possession Charge

Andrew C. Lasek, 38, Concord Drive, North Tonawanda, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 for possession of marijuana. He was released.

February 26

Larceny

Donald A Militello, 29, Carney St., Tonawanda, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26 for grand larceny, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, and driving without a license.

Militello alledgedly went to his ex-girlfriends house and took her vehicle without permission. He was later found in Buffalo.

Trespass

Eric M. Eden, 21, Shenk Road, Wheatfield, was picked up on a warrant for trespassing at 10 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26. He was held for court.

DWI

Carlos Cruz Jr., 35, Riverview Ave., Tonawanda, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26 for DWI, driving with a BAC of more than .08, inadequate breaks, and failure to use due care.

Cruz almost rear-ended an officer and had to stop abruptly. Law enforcement determined he was intoxicated. BAC was .11.

Violation

David R. Dierdorf, 43, Nash Road, North Tonawanda, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26 for violation of probation. Bail was set at $500.

Multiple Charges

John J. Baker, 20, Amsterdam Ave., Tonawanda, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26 for operating a vehicle in violation of ignition interlock restriction, AUO, leaving the scene, and passing through a red light.

February 27

DWI

Kevin T. Smith, 28, 19th Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27 for DWI, AUO, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of improper signaling. Bail was set at $750.

AUO

Anthony J. Bevilacqua, 21, Elmwood Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and speeding in zone. Bail was set at $250.
