Police Blotter
Boston
- June 10, Patrol arrested Jenny Hilty, 38, of Hamburg for driving while intoxicated and other related charges on Boston State Road. Hilty submitted to a breath test, with the result’s being .19 percent blood alcohol content. She was released to appear in Boston Court at a later date.

- June 15, Patrol arrested Justin Zeis, 28, of Hamburg for driving while intoxicated and other related charges on Herman Hill Road. Zeis submitted to a breath test, with the result’s being a .22 percent BAC. He was released to appear in Boston Court at a later date.

Concord
- June 21, Patrol investigated a property damage auto accident on Zoar Valley Road.

- June 22, Patrol investigated a personal injury auto accident on Belscher Road. The operator was taken to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital with injuries.

Sardinia
- June 20, Patrol investigated a property damage auto accident on Creek Road.

- June 9, Patrol arrested Paul Bennett, 25, on Olean Road on an outstanding warrant.

Springville
- June 10, Patrol arrested Alysha Brown, 26, of Little Valley for driving while intoxicated and other related charges on Waverly Street. She submitted to a breath test, with the result’s being a .15 percent BAC. She was released to appear in Springville Court at a later date.

- June 14, Patrol arrested Sara Galey, 31, of Cattaraugus and Dorothy Vosburgh, 53, of Little Valley for petit larceny after they were caught shoplifting on South Cascade Drive. Both were released on appearance tickets to appear in Springville Court at a later date.

- June 15, Patrol arrested Samantha Salomon, 21, of Perrysburg and Brian Casey, 25, of Buffalo for petit larceny after they were caught shoplifting on South Cascade Drive. Casey was released on appearance tickets to appear in Springville Court at a later date. Salomon was held at the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.

- June 18, Patrol arrested John Pasinski, 30, of Springville for assault. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Springville Court. The arrest took place on Zoar Valley Road.

- June 19, Patrol investigated a property damage auto accident on South Cascade Drive.

Springville Police Department
- June 10, Patrol investigated a report of a suspicious person on North Cascade Drive.
- June 10, Patrol assisted with traffic with the state department of transportation at Cascade Drive and Main Street.
- June 13, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with shoplifters at Wal-Mart.
- June 13, Patrol responded to South Cascade, Waverly and Route 219 southbound to the county line, removing barrels that were lost off a truck.
- June 15, Patrol investigated open burning complaints on North Buffalo and Spring streets.
- June 16, Patrol responded to Mechanic Street in the area of M&T Bank for a suspicious person in a vehicle complaint.
- June 17, Patrol was requested to look for an erratic operator heading north on Route 219.
- June 18, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies on Waverly Street with a subject who was taken into custody for a mental evaluation.
- June 19, Patrol assisted in a property damage auto accident exchange of information in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
- June 22, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies with a chase that started on West Main Street and ended at Town Line and Middle roads.
- June 23, Patrol advised a Woodward Avenue resident of a dog complaint.
- June 23, Patrol assisted Erie County Sheriff’s deputies at the Microtel on South Cascade Drive for a disturbance.
- June 24, Patrol investigated report of a vehicle’s striking a subject in a parking lot on North Buffalo Street. While the responders were completing an investigation, the subject returned. Patrol questioned the subject, observed his actions and condition and arrested Timothy Barber of Springville for driving while intoxicated.
