Lockport police reports for the week of Feb. 11
Eric S. Kornacki, 21, 107 Genesee St., Apt. 7, Lockport was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Patrol responded to a report of possible drug activity.
After further investigation it was discovered the defendant was allegedly in possession of a quantity of green leafy vegetable matter, which filed-tested positive for marijuana.
Allan A. Scott, 33, 96 Locust St., Apt. 9, Lockport was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Patrol observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation on Monroe Street and initiated a traffic stop.
While interviewing the persons in the vehicle, patrol could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
The driver Joseph A. Smith, 23, 21 South St., Lockport stated he only had a learner’s permit and Scott, the passenger, did not have a driver’s license.
Patrol had Smith exit the vehicle and he allegedly stated he had an amount of marijuana in his pants.
He removed a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy vegetable matter from the zipper area of his pants.
Scott was removed from the vehicle and he allegedly stated he had marijuana in his right front pocket. Patrol removed an amount of green leafy vegetable matter from his pocket.
Smith was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Mark E. Bolden, 26, 131 Gooding St., Lockport was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Patrol observed Bolden walking on Wasburn Street near South Street. Patrol was aware there is an active warrant for him.
While being arrested, patrol found him in possession of three plastic bags, each containing a green vegetable matter.
The matter field-tested positive for the presence of marijuana.
Mark D. Lockhart, 44, 185 Washburn St., Apt. 8, Lockport was charged Wednesday with aggravated harassment.
On Feb. 9, patrol responded to an aggravated harassment report.
The victim stated she filed a police report on Feb. 8, about an unwanted communication from her ex-boyfriend Lockhart.
She showed patrol 12 missed calls and multiple text messages from him after he was advised to stop contact.
Lockhart also allegedly left several voice messages.
