Lancaster Police arrest Connecticut man for rape

LANCASTER- On Wednesday, Jan. 23, the Lancaster Police Department arrested 26-year-old Brian P. Michinko of Danbury, Conn. for rape in the second degree, a class D felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
Michinko was charged after an investigation of alleged sexual activity involving Michinko and a 14-year-old Rochester female that occurred in June of 2012 in the Village of Lancaster.
Michinko was arraigned in front of Lancaster Village Court Justice Daniel E. Rinow, who set bail at $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond. Michinko is scheduled to appear back in village court on Jan. 28.
The investigating/arresting officer was Det. Keith Kerl.
