May 9

DWI

Nicole Sievert, 26, Shoshone Street, Buffalo, was arrested for DWI, unsafe lane change, improper signal and passing through a red light.

BAC was .11. She was held for court.

May 10

Debbie Pheil, 43, Kelsey Lane, North Tonawanda, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

BAC was .22.

Possession

Tyler J. Silvaroli, 19, Bear Ridge Road, North Tonawanda, was arrest May 10 for possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. Silvaroli was released on his own recognizance.

Possession

Matthew N. Fromwiller, 19, Belmont Court West, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 10 for possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

Larceny

Salvatore J. Modica, 26, Ludel Terrace, Lackawanna, was arrested may 10 for petit larceny.

Bail was set at $350.

May 11

Harassment

Mark T. Ambrusko, 33, East Robinson Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 11 for harassment in the second degree. He was held for court.

Dis-Con

Jeffrey R. Reed, 19, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested for disorderly conduct on May 11. Bail was set at $100.

AUO

Anthony J. Sorento, 23, Ridgedale Circle, Tonawanda, was arrested May 11 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and making an illegal right turn on red. Bail was set at $250.

May 12

DWI

Amanda Refermat, 25, Ransom Road, Clarence, was arrested May 12 for driving while intoxicated and changing lanes unsafely. BAC was .17, she was held for court.

Larceny

Robert D. Loeffert, 52, Mead Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested for petit larceny May 12. Bail was set at $250.

Dis-Con

Jeanine Marino, 42, Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 12 for disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $100.

May 13

DWI

Josh A. Kish, 25, Niagara Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested May 13 for driving while intoxicated with a BAC of more than .08, DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana. BAC was .16, bail was set at $250.

DWI

Lindsey Opie, 31, Knoll Drive, Hamburg, was arrested May 13 for driving while intoxicated and passing a red light. Opie was given a blood test to determine her blood alcohol level. She was held for court.

DWI

Erica Zimmerman, 22, South Huxley Drive, Cheektowaga, was arrested May 13 for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and driving left of pavement markings. BAC was .13, she was held for court.

Contempt

Kayla R. Porter, 21, Calvin Court, Tonawanda, was arrested May 13 by the Town of Tonawanda Police Department on a warrant for criminal contempt, and turned over to the North Tonawanda Police Department. Bail was set at $750.

DWI

Gene Pecoraro, 27, Auburn Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested May 13 for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, imprudent speed, improper signal, aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of marijuana. Pecoraro refused to take the breath test. He was held for court.

Harassment

Frank S. Dibosky, 32, South Park Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested May 13 for harassment in the second degree.

DWI

Brad A. Murphy, 29, Colonial Drive, Grand Island, was arrested May 13 for driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or more, DWI, passing through a red light, and driving with no lights. BAC was .16.

Contempt

Thomas L. Jay, 42, Schenck Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested for criminal contempt and harassment in the second degree. Bail was set at $500.

May 14

Rape

Ronald Cleggett, 42, Mullen Street, Tonawanda, turned himself into the City of Tonawanda Police Department, on May 14, on a warrant for rape in the third degree. The warrant was issued for an incident, which occurred on April 7. He was held for court.
