Stalking
Timothy Williams, 47, Englewood Avenue, Tonawanda, was arrested July 30 for stalking in the fourth degree. Williams was alledgedly following a former co-worker around.
July 31
Harassment
Julie A. Metzinger, 48, Highland Avenue, Tonawanda, was arrested July 31 for harassment in the second degree, criminal contempt in the first degree and stalking in fourth degree. Metzinger was involved in an altercation with her boyfriend. She was held for court.
Violations
Kevin R. Moore Jr., 21, Fletcher Street, Tonawanda, was arrested July 31 on two housing court violations. He was held four court.
Warrant Surrender
Jessie D. Eskridge, 20, Maldiner Avenue, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant July 31 for stolen property.
Trespass
Nicholas J. Lamonte, 19, Forest Hill Drive, Amherst, was arrested July 31 for trespass. Lamonte refused to leave a home on Youngs Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.
August 1
Larceny
Erica M. Raston, 27, Niagara Falls Boulevard, Amherst, was arrested Aug. 1 on a warrant for larceny. She was held for court.
August 2
Dis-Con
David E. Hess, 71, Simpson Street, was arrested Aug. 2 for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Hess initiated an argument at city all regarding the payment of a sewer bill. He was later arrested for acting disorderly and while attempting to arrest Hess he put up a fight against law enforcement.
Warrant Pick-Up
Emily A. Conboy, 22, Westgate Road, Kenmore, was picked up on a warrant Aug. 2 for DWI. He was held for court.
AUO
William R. Innes, 21, Princeton Place, Buffalo, was picked up on a warrant Aug. 2 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
Warrant Surrender
Nicholas L. Bowman, 31, Master Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant Aug. 2 for obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree.
August 3
Dis-Con
Caroline M. Smith, 34, McCabe Court, Burgen, was arrested Aug. 3 for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration. Smith was found intoxicated on the bike path. When patrol approached her, she became argumentative and physical with the officers. She was taken to ECMC and given an appearance ticket.
Criminal Mischief
Damian Z. Pfister, 26, Niagara Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Aug. 3 for criminal mischief and harassment in the second degree. Pfister attempted to flush his girlfriends purse down the toilet.
August 4
DWI
Tanya E. Goble, 39, Morgan Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Aug. 4 for DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC or more than .08, AUO third and operating a vehicle as an unlicensed driver. Goble was pulled over on Niagara Street. She told law enforcement she had been drinking on Oliver Street before she chose to drive. Her BAC was .17.
DWI
John C. Clinko, 25, Bristol Street, Buffalo, was arrested Aug. 4 for DWI, driving with a BAC of more than .08, driving to left of pavement markings and speeding. Clinko was observed speeding on Niagara Street and crossing over the center line. He failed his field tests. When he arrived back at the station, his BAC was .15.
DWI
Clinton M. Watson, 57, Baynes Street, Buffalo, was arrested Aug. 4 for DWI felony, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and driving left of pavement. Watson was observed on Main Street crossing over the yellow lines. Watson told law enforcement he drank twelve beers before driving home. His BAC was .24.

Thomas J. Grabowski, 31, Effie Drive, Niagara Falls, was arrested Aug. 4 for DWI and speeding. Grabowski was driving 60 mph in a 30 mph zone on Niagara Street. He was held for court.

Harassment
Danielle A. Peace, 19, Cook Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Aug. 5 for harassment in the second degree. She was involved in a disturbance at a house in Tonawanda. She was held for court.
Possession
Tanya N. Sanchez, 29, Mead Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Aug. 5 on a warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was held for court.
DWI
Daniel C. Monahan, 32, Grinner Road, Williamsville, was arrested Aug. 5 for DWI, driving with no drivers license, passing a red light and two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (AUO third and AUO second). Monahan was arrested at the intersection of Main and Wheeler Streets. He refused to take the road side breath test and was held for court. He has nine suspensions of his license.

Criminal Mischief
Jason M. Jousma, 26, Pinewoods Drive, North Tonawanda, was arrested Aug. 5 for criminal mischief in the third degree. Bail was set at $750.
Larceny
Lauren R. Perkins, 23, Robert Drive, North Tonawanda, was arrested Aug. 5 for petit larceny. She was released on her own recognizance.
Possession of a weapon
Brittany N. White, 26, Bryant Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Aug. 5 for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, DWI, speeding in zone and two counts of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
White refused to take the breath test.
