Jan. 6
Unlawful Possession
Jonathan M. Graczyk, 21, of East Amherst, was arrested on Jan. 6 on Transit Road in the Town of Clarence for unlawful possession of marijuana. Graczyk was issued an appearance ticket.
Jan. 13
DWI
Ronald Baron, 50, of Clarence, was arrested by New York State Police for driving while intoxicated on Jan. 13. Baron had allegedly driven to the State Police Clarence station to report an incident to troopers. During the course of this investigation it was determined that he was intoxicated. He was processed for the charge and he later submitted to a breath test, which resulted in a BAC of .24 percent, three times the legal limit for intoxication in New York State. He was later released to a relative with tickets to appear in the Clarence Town Court to answer the charge at a later date.
Jan. 14
DWI
Stefan Tservranckx, 25, of Clarence, was stopped for speeding while traveling on Ransom Road, in the town of Clarence, Jan. 14. Investigation at the scene revealed that he had been drinking and under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the State Police Clarence Station where he refused to take a breath test. Tservranckx was released to appear in the Town of Clarence Court on Jan. 24.
