Toria Allard is headed to girls’ national hockey camp

Toria Allard
Toria Allard, a Springville-Griffith Institute Middle School student who plays for the Hamburg Hawks 14U Girls hockey team, was selected by a USA Hockey rating committee to attend the 2012 USA girls’ national development camp at the New York Amateur Hockey Association’s evaluation camp in Cicero, N.Y.

This July, Toria and seven other girls from New York state will also compete and train with 14U players from around the country at the Female Hockey National Training Camp in St. Cloud, Minn.

The hockey player will also spend the summer training with other North American female hockey players at the Select Hockey Elite Players Camp and the North American Prospect Showcase.

In addition, she will be playing with the Springville modified hockey team and participating in dry land training throughout the summer at Chestnut Ridge Park.
