Michael Mincel inducted into New York State trapshooting hall of fame

CICERO –– Michael Mincel of West Falls was inducted into the New York State Trapshooting Hall of Fame on July 15 at the New York state homegrounds in Cicero, N.Y.
He is a life member of the East Aurora Fish and Game and West Falls Conservation clubs. He is also a member of the Hamburg Rod and Gun and Sardinia Gun clubs. He was a member of the former Buffalo Shooting Club. During the 40 years he has been a trapshooter, Mincel has acquired numerous trophies, including from the Grand American Trap Shoot.
He has been on the All American Veteran Team three times.In 1983, he became the first person to break 100 targets, at the New York State Handicap Championship shoot.
Mincel also participates in skeet and sporting clay shooting.
