Keep Your Scissors to Yourself

This is to my neighbor who thinks he is allowed to trim bushes on the side of my house and is trying to be sneaky about it. Caught you. Please keep your scissors to yourself, and leave my property alone. This can be reported as vandalism to ones personal property, or it could be reported as trespassing. Pick one. That bush is there for a reason and it is not affecting your pathway in anyway at all. It is for privacy to my backyard. Next time it will be reported.

Ok
You do know that as per law I can do 1 of the following if your bushes are overgrowing into my side of the property line right. 1 i can call a company that will come by and cut it and then charge you. Or i could just be nice trim the little bit that is over my property line and not say a thing. Its your choice. But since you want to be an arse about it, i will be calling not only a trimming company and have the bill sent to you. But I will also be calling the local Building inspector to show that your bushes are over MY property line. Have fun mr. I caught you.

Keep Your Scissors to Yourself
You are mistaken, when one neighbors bushes impinges on another neighbors property that neighbor has the right to trim that bush when it impinges on their property. You are responsible for what you have on your property, and you are responsible to take care of your property NOT to impinge on your neighbors property.
