The International Institute of Buffalo's Great Decisions discussion on the appropriate yet effective methods that the U.S. should use to promote democracy. Dr. DiCicco from Canisius College will talk to us before leading the group in a discussion. Great Decisions is a set of dynamic discussions about global issues, held annually by the International Institute of Buffalo. Moderators, who come to us from area universities and organizations, present information on their topic and then facilitate discussion between participants.
